(1) The age is between 18 and 45 years (including both ends);
(2) Normal menstrual cycle, but hypomenorrhea or infertility;
(3) There was no hormone therapy in the first 3 months;
(4) No pregnancy preparation plan in the past six months;
(5) Patients voluntarily participate in this study and can actively cooperate with the experimental process of the study;
(6) Sign the informed consent form.
(1) younger than 18 years old or older than 45 years old.
(2) Those with obvious uterine adhesion, uterine fibroids and other uterine cavity abnormalities and abnormal reproductive tract;
(3) Complicated with serious internal medicine diseases, coagulation dysfunction and mental system diseases;
(4) Poor compliance, failure to cooperate with treatment, and inability to tolerate patients examined in the course of this study;
