1. Accordance with the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and TCM syndrome;
2. With fatigue symptoms, FSS score >= 36;
3. Brunnstrom >= stage II;
4. The course of disease was more than 14 days;
5. The age ranged from 18 to 70 years;
6. Glasgow coma scale > 10 scores;
7. Volunteer to participate in this study and cooperate with the rehabilitation function evaluation.
1. Patients with severe cognitive impairment, speech disorder and depression;
2. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and other organ diseases, mental diseases, malignant tumors, and unexplained internal bleeding;
3. Contact allergy or moxa smoke allergy;
4. Pregnant or gestational women;
5. Patients with infectious diseases, diabetes mellitus, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, skin lesions at the treatment site, skin diseases and drunkenness;
6. Patients are participating in other studies.
