1. Those cases fulfilling the International Headache Society, diagnostic criteria for Migraine.
2. Patients of both sexes will be included in the study.
3. Patients of 20-50 years of age groups of various socioeconomic groups will be included.
4. Patient without any other systemic diseases.
5. Patient giving written consent form.
1. That doesnâ??t fulfill the International Headache Society, diagnostic criteria for Migraine.
2. Cases with a serious complication of MIGRAINE.
3. Patients with Psychiatric diagnosis.
4. Pregnant and lactating women.
5. Malignancy cases.
6. Recent major surgery.
7. Immunocompromised cases.
8. Patients requiring emergency medical care.
9. Patients who have participated in any other Research study in the last 6 months.
10. Those under other medications. Or using any other medicine during the study period.
