a) Microbiologically proven fungal keratitis with confirmed and significant growth of fungus as per the criteria of significant growth.
b) Size of ulcer ranging between 8mm without corneal perforation
c) Patients willing to participate and follow up
a) Mixed infections; concomitant fungal, viral or Acanthamoeba infections
b) Size of ulcer more than 8 mm
c) Impending perforation or presence of corneal perforation at the time of presentation or limbal involvement
d) Associated posterior segment involvement or endophthalmitis
