Inclusion Criteria

All patients who are going to have maxillofacial surgery and nasotracheal intubation; age from 20 to 60 years
Exclusion criteria: contraindications of nasotracheal intubation; nasal polyps; Chronic sinusitis; upper airway infections; allergy to mupirocin; pregnancy and lactation.
