a. Diagnosed case of OA knee using ACR clinical and radiographic criteria (KL
grade 1 and 2)
b. Knee Joint effusion grade till 1+ on the Stroke test.
c. BMI less than 29.9
d. Ability to comprehend Hindi or English and follow commands
a. H/o surgical intervention in lower limbs in last 12 months.
b. H/o lower limb fractures in last 6 months.
c. H/o intra-articular injections in last 3 months.
d. Pain in knee/hip/back (VAS score > 7) that limits the ability of person to perform
exercises.
e. Unwillingness to participate.
f. Patients with neurological conditions that preclude their compliance to the study

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To assess the functional outcome (pain, knee-related Quality of Life, Function in daily <br/ ><br>living) due to OA knee using Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome scale (KOOS). It <br/ ><br>holds 42 items in 5 separately scored subscales. A Likert scale will be used which has <br/ ><br>five possible answer options scored from 0 (No Problems) to 4 (Extreme Problems) and <br/ ><br>each of the five scores will be calculated as the sum of the items included.Timepoint: Monthly for 3 months

(score of 0) and pain as bad as it could be ? score <br/ ><br>of 100 <br/ ><br>Timepoint: monthly for 3 months;Quadriceps and hamstring Muscle strength balance using computerized muscle <br/ ><br>testing machine, David EVE (Evaluated exercise)Timepoint: monthly for 3 months
