1. Adult female patients over 20 years of age
2. Patients diagnosed with unilateral breast cancer who underwent surgical treatment at our hospital
3. Patients who underwent axillary lymphatic dissection or sentinel lymph node biopsy
4. Patients scheduled for radiation therapy
5. Patients who consented to the purpose and method of this study
1. Patients with or treated with cancer other than breast cancer
2. Patients diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer
3. Patients previously diagnosed with upper extremity lymphedema
4. Patients with high risk of edema such as renal or hepatic impairment, electrolyte imbalance, etc.
5. Patients with problems such as fractures, deformities, and inflammation in the upper extremity of breast cancer
6. Pregnant women or patients who may become pregnant during the study period
7. Patients who do not agree with the purpose and method of this study
