Inclusion Criteria

  • Age\- 18 TO 58 Years
  • Gender\- Male and Female
  • Occupation involving standing for a more than half of total working hours.

Exclusion Criteria

  • HISTORY OF LOW BACK PAIN
  • HISTORY OF NEUROMUSCULSR PAIN AND WEAKNESS
  • KNOWN CASE OF DIABETES AND PERIPHERAL NEUROVASCULAR DISEASE
  • ANY KNOWN CASE OF NEUROPATHIES
  • PREVIOUS LUMBAR SPINE SURGERY
