Inclusion Criteria
1. Adults aged 18-80 years
2. Patients with SSS who meet indications for pacemaker implantation
3. ECG showed preexisting BBB
4. Ability to provide informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
1. Requirement of ventricular pacing
2. LVEF less than 50%
3. Failure to cooperate with follow-up
