Age above 18 years old
•Refractive error greater than ±3 diopters
•Intraocular pressure over than 21 mmHg or history of glaucoma
•Any retinal diseases (such as diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration etc.)
•Any previous intraocular treatment (such as intra-vitreal injection of anti-VEGF/steroid or retinal LASER)
•Any previous intraocular surgery (such as cataract surgery or retinal surgery)
•Neurodegerative diseases (such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease)
•Uncontrolled systemic blood pressure (BP ≥120/80 mmHg)
•Poor quality of OCT/OCTA image due to significant media or poor subjects cooperation
