•Endometrium <7 mm after 12-20 days of 6 mg estradiol treatment.
•Previous enrolment in the trial
•No blastocyst for transfer
•Uterine abnormalities
•Oocyte donation
•Dysregulated severe chronical medical diseases
•Violation of the protocol
