Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient willing to give consent and participate in the study
- •2\.All patients presenting with upper lumbar disc herniation on MRI and low back pain and/or radiculopathy.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient not fulfilling inclusion criteria
- •Patient not willing to participate in the study or not willing to sign the consent form
- •Presence of associated pathology such as infection, or malignancy
- •History of Upper lumbar spine surgery (1st three disc space below the conus medullaris).
