Brief Summary

After 12 weeks show significant change in body weight in both groups compared to baseline with non-significant difference between group. A significant body weight change over time in Resveratrol group compared to placebo. More reduction in all parameters in Resveratrol group with non-significant differences when compared to placebo. BMI BMR and MM decreased significantly in Resveratrol group relative to controls over 12 weeks. Resveratrol enhances greater change in body weight and body composition

Inclusion Criteria

1.Thai people age 25 - 65 years with BMI 23 - 30 kilograms/meter squared
2.Healthy no underlying disease
3.No drugs using or any weight loss supplements within the past 3 months
4.Weight stable for 1 month prior to attend to the study (<5% weight loss or weight gain)
5.Pregnant or breast feeding woman will be not allowed
6.Consent to participate in research

Exclusion Criteria

1.Severe adverse effect from taking resveratrol or doing intermittent fasting.
2.Taking resveratrol less than 80%
3.Using other drugs, supplements, or weight reducing methods while attending in the study.
4.Can not be able to participate in this study.
