Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Women aged between 20 to 50 years
  • Able to use lap\-top or computer
  • Diagnosed with stress urinary incontinence only

Exclusion Criteria

  • Delivery within the past six months
  • Grades 3 or 4 pelvic organ prolapse
  • Diagnosed with any neurologic condition
  • Having received other treatments for stress urinary incontinence
