Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Male and female patients ,50 years of age and older , present with fragility fracture around the hip due to low energy trauma ( fall from standing height or lesser impact ) that had been admitted to Lerdsin Hospital, Bangkok, between 3rd May,2021 and 31 July 2022
- •2\.Patients or caregivers have internet access in their homes and be able to operate on Mobile phones , tablets or computers independently.
- •3\.Every participants must have a caregiver aged over 18 ,who will agree to cooperate and promote participants retention in the research.
- •4\. Participants can walk independtly before hospital admission
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Significant cognitive deficit
- •2\. Terminal illness (survival expected to be \<1 year)
- •3\.Significant pulmonary or cardiovascular contraindication or preexisting condition that precluded participation in an exercise program
- •4\.Progressive neurological disease
- •5\.Current major depressive or psychotic disorder
