Inclusion Criteria
- •Individuals within age group of 25 TO 44 years ,Forward head posture with CV angle below 48 degree,Chronic Neck pain (NDI ââ?°Â¥ 14\),Both genders,Individuals those who are spending minimum 4 hours in a day on smartphone or desktop
Exclusion Criteria
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Deformity of spine
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Spinal cord compression
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Neck injuries or recent trauma to cervical region
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Recent surgery of neck region
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Thoracic outlet syndrome
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Malignancy
