Inclusion Criteria
1)8 weeks post-injury of metacarpal and phalangeal extra-articular fracture having movement restrictions
2)Either dominant or non-dominant hand affectation
Exclusion Criteria
1)Bilateral hand injury
2)Previous history of hand or forearm injury
3)No associated tendon or nerve injury
4)Fractures treated with external and internal fixation
5)Acute complications like compartment syndrome, infection, nerve or blood vessel damage
6)Any associated fractures along with hand fractures
