Inclusion Criteria
Patients are eligible when meeting following inclusion criteria:
1.Aged 18 years or older
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with (con)current COPD, patients with low literacy and patients who receive palliative care will be excluded.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary outcome is the patient reported disease control, measured by the CARAT questionnaire.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Secondary outcomes are the disease control measured by pharmacy dispensing data for the number of exacerbations and use of rescue medication. Effectiveness of maintenance therapy is measured by inhalation technique (checklist at intervention session) and adherence (MARS).
