Inclusion Criteria

Willing and able to participate in the study

Patient having sign and symptoms of Ek kushtha (Psoriasis) which are mentioned in diagnostic criteria

Chronicity of disease less than or equal to 10 years

Patients yogya for Virechana Karma and Basti karma as per Ayurvedic classics

Exclusion Criteria

Age below 18 years and more than 60 years

Pregnant And lactating women

Chronicity of disease more than10years

Uncontrolled D.M., HTN, Cancer, T.B., Heart disease and Disorder Which Leads to fatal Condition of patient

Patient Ayogya for Virechana karma and Basti Karma

Pustular type of psoriasis

Other concomitant skin disease occurring with Ek Kushtha or allergic reaction of any other disease
