1. Diagnosed with DN
2. Age 40-75
3. HbA1c between 6.5 and 9 %
4. Ability to walk at least 3 metres without using any assistance
5. Both genders
1. Past history of amputation or foot ulcers.
2. Having lower limb symptoms such as inflammation, redness, lesions
3. Patients having severe complications like peripheral arterial disease (ABI <0.9), liver disease, coronary heart disease, renal disease, retinopathy, cancer.
4. History of other musculoskeletal or neurological disorders affecting the sensory system and balance
5. Deep vein thrombosis
