入选标准
- •1.Lefort 1, 2 or 3 fractures warranting surgery under general anaesthesia
- •2.Mandibular fractures warranting surgery under general anaesthesia
- •3.ASA physical status I-II
排除标准
- •Glasgow Coma Score less than 13
- •Polytrauma with Injury severity Score more than 15
- •Known allergy to local anesthetics
- •Severe resting bradycardia (heart rate less than 45 beats/min)
- •Hyperkalemia (K+ more than 5 mmol/L)
- •Preinduction agitation or delirium.
- •Panfacial trauma and bilateral Lefort fractures
