- •3.American Society of Anaesthesiologists class 3 or less.
- •4.Left Ventricular Ejjection Frraction >30%

- •1 Patient with preoperative dysrrthmia
- •2 Patient with valvular heart disease,
- •3 Patient having Intra cardiac shunts.
- •Pulmonary artery hypertension,
