Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age \>18 Years
- •2\.Patients undergoing elective off pump CABG.
- •3\.American Society of Anaesthesiologists class 3 or less.
- •4\.Left Ventricular Ejjection Frraction \>30%
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Patient with preoperative dysrrthmia
- •2 Patient with valvular heart disease,
- •3 Patient having Intra cardiac shunts.
- •Pulmonary artery hypertension,
- •Several peripheral vascular obstruction disease
