- •Patients undergoing elective upper abdominal surgery presenting to the Preadmission Clinic at The Northern Hospital.
- •Patients 18 years and older.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Failure to consent; and
- •Score \< 7 on the Abbreviated Mental Test Score (AMTS)
