入选标准
- •1. Patients with acute pancreatitis who were hospitalized in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University;
- •2. The diagnosis of acute pancreatitis is based on the 2012 Atlanta revised diagnostic criteria:
- •(1) Pancreatic pain that is acute and radiates to the lower back;
- •(2) Serum amylase and lipase levels are more than 3 times higher than normal levels;
- •(3) In line with the imaging examination of acute pancreatitis. Patients who meet the diagnosis include at least two of the above characteristics.
- •3. The patient voluntarily signed the informed consent form;
- •4. Aged 18 to 80 years.
排除标准
- •1. Any surgery performed three days after admission;
- •2. Past or current use of immunosuppressive agents;
- •3. Impaired innate immune function;
- •4. History of tumor or chronic lung disease, kidney disease or cardiovascular disease;
- •5. Biliary pancreatitis or traumatic pancreatitis;
- •6. Pregnant or lactating women.
