•1. Patients with acute pancreatitis who were hospitalized in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University;
•2. The diagnosis of acute pancreatitis is based on the 2012 Atlanta revised diagnostic criteria:
•(1) Pancreatic pain that is acute and radiates to the lower back;
•(2) Serum amylase and lipase levels are more than 3 times higher than normal levels;
•(3) In line with the imaging examination of acute pancreatitis. Patients who meet the diagnosis include at least two of the above characteristics.
•3. The patient voluntarily signed the informed consent form;
•4. Aged 18 to 80 years.

•1. Any surgery performed three days after admission;
•2. Past or current use of immunosuppressive agents;
•3. Impaired innate immune function;
•4. History of tumor or chronic lung disease, kidney disease or cardiovascular disease;
•5. Biliary pancreatitis or traumatic pancreatitis;
•6. Pregnant or lactating women.
