1. Patients with acute pancreatitis who were hospitalized in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University;
2. The diagnosis of acute pancreatitis is based on the 2012 Atlanta revised diagnostic criteria:
(1) Pancreatic pain that is acute and radiates to the lower back;
(2) Serum amylase and lipase levels are more than 3 times higher than normal levels;
(3) In line with the imaging examination of acute pancreatitis. Patients who meet the diagnosis include at least two of the above characteristics.
3. The patient voluntarily signed the informed consent form;
4. Aged 18 to 80 years.
1. Any surgery performed three days after admission;
2. Past or current use of immunosuppressive agents;
3. Impaired innate immune function;
4. History of tumor or chronic lung disease, kidney disease or cardiovascular disease;
5. Biliary pancreatitis or traumatic pancreatitis;
6. Pregnant or lactating women.
