1. Aged more than 18 years old, less than 80 years old; 2. Patients admitted to ICU; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of sepsis 3.0; 4. M
1. Those with contraindications to enteral nutrition such as gastrointestinal perforation, intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal surgery and intestinal fistula; 2. AGI: Class IV; 3. The disease is endangered and the expected survival time is less than 5 days; 4. Patients with impaired immune function or undergoing immunotherapy; 5. Pregnant patients; 6. Those who are participating in other clinical trials.
