- To evaluate and compare the postoperative pain among the individuals undergoing endodontic treatment with and without the use of reiki therapy at 2 hours, 6 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours using VAS scale.

This study aims to evaluate the effect of Reiki therapy on post operative pain in patients undergoing endodontic treatment. Sixty patients will be divided into two groups one receiving Reiki therapy before treatment and the other receiving standard treatment without Reiki. Patients will record their pain levels using a Visual Analog Scale at 2 6 24 and 48 hours after treatment. The study will compare the pain levels between the two groups.

- •Patients diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis requiring endodontic treatment
- •Adults aged 18 years and above
- •Patients willing to participate and provide informed consent
- •Patients experiencing a minimum level of pain (VAS score of 4 or higher)
- •Patients who have not taken pain medication recently before treatment.
