1. Participants with hand injury below the elbow.
2. Participants will be included after a day of removal of immobilization.
3. Participants who can understand English, Kannada.
1. Participants with direct injury to the shoulder on the testing side.
2. Participants with history of shoulder impairment on the testing side before the hand injury such as adhesive capsulitis, rotator cuff injury, bursitis, arthritis.
3. Participants with comorbidities such as stroke, spinal cord injury, head injury, other neurological conditions that impair hand functions.
4. Participants with previous upper limb injury on the testing side.
5. Participants with contraindications to movement.
6. Participants will be excluded if required information for MHISS scoring cannot be obtained.
