Inclusion Criteria
- •1) 65 years of age or older
- •? Rotator cuff tear arthropathy
- •? Rotator cuff tear arthropathy (not amenable to anatomical repair)
- •? primary degenerative arthritis
- •? primary degenerative arthritis (B2/B3 glenoid)
- •2) Those who understand the research content and agree to participate in the research
Exclusion Criteria
- •1) Active infection
- •2) Previous shoulder surgery
- •3) Previous ipsilateral shoulder fracture
- •4) Anatomical strcutrues that are not deemed amenable to surgical fixation
- •5) Known allergy to CT contrast
- •6) Those who inappropriate to participate in the research
