Inclusion Criteria
- •Have symptoms as per Menopause Rating Scale (MRS)
- •Menopause Rating Scale (MRS) Score \> 11
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\).Women age below 40 years and age more than 60 years
- •2\).MRS Score \< 11
- •3\).Womem who are K/C/O hypertension Hypothyroidism, heart disease, daibetes mallitus, etc.
- •4\).Women having any pelvic pathology.
- •5\).Established case of mental illness.
- •6\).Known case of carcinoma.(Any type of malignancy)
