- •Patients having bilateral mesio-angularly impacted third molars of type Class I and Position A and fulfilling ASA-1 criteria
排除标准
- •Patients in whom surgery is medically contraindicated.
- •Patients with mandibular second molar/molars missing or partially erupted.
- •Immuno-compromised patients and patients with metabolic disorders.
- •Patients on long term steroid therapy.
- •Patients allergic to the nitro-imidazole drug group.
- •Patients with active infection pre-operatively.
- •Patients with alcohol abuse habits.
