•Patient giving consent
•Age 20-60 years
•ASA Grade I and II
•American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I–II who were scheduled for modified radical mastectomy for unilateral breast cancer
1.History of allergy to any trial drugs, presence of coagulation disorders,
2.Infection at the nerve block puncture site,
3.Ingestion of any analgesic drug within 48 h before surgery,
4.History of chronic pain medication use,
5.Trauma or history of thoracic spine surgery
6.Sinus bradycardia,
7.Atrioventricular block and any other conditions
8.Patient not giving consent
