Consenting 20 patients, aged between 17 to 70 years old, ASA
physical status I-III, and scheduled to undergo elective modified radical mastectomy
or mastectomy with sentinel lymph node biopsy will be recruited for this study.
Patient refusal, BMI > 35kg/m2, pregnancy, coagulopathy, known
allergy to local anesthetic drugs or drugs used in the study, pre-existing neurological
or muscular disorders, previous chest surgery and skin infection over the site of
needle insertion, will be excluded.
