Forward head posture is an epidemic that has become more prevalent in modern studies.This is the most common cervical postural fault in the sagittal plane that is found with different severity levels in almost all population and increasing use of new information and communication technologies has led to an increase in time spent texting messages on mobile phones or using computers.The key muscles affected by FHP are the serratus anterior, scapula elevators and trapezius .A novel form of exercise known as the Egoscue exercises, was developed where focus was to target the musculoskeletal dysfunction with the theory to bring back the postural balance through corrective exercises.Rigid taping which had beneficial effect on pain and pressure threshold in latent trigger point and lead to reduction in pain and improvement in pressure sensitivity in individuals with FHP study is used to determine the effect of Egoscue exersises versus rigid taping in asymptomatic individuals on forward head posture in terms of Craniovertebral angle and pectoralis minor index. allocation will be done in two different groups my Computerized Randomization table method. Group A will perform Egoscue exercises and Group B Rigid taping will be applied for forward head posture which will be given for 3times in a week for 2 weeks.

入选标准
- •1.Age group of 18-30 years.
- •2.Asymptomatic subject with either gender.
- •3.Craniovertebral angle less than 48-50 degree.
- •4.Willing to particicpate.
排除标准
- •1.Fracture around shoulder complex.
- •2.History of allery to tape.
- •3.Hypersensitive skin 4 Neurological deficit in upper extremity, surgical intervension affecting thorax and scapula.
