•Subjects are age group of = 20 years to = 50 years and both male and female diagnosed with lumbago.
•History of low back pain not more than 2 years
•Patients who are able to differentiate sensation of heat and cold.Patients who are able to read or write or understand Tamil or English. Patients who are willing to participate in the study.

•Patients with structural spinal deformity.
•Patients with specific spinal pathology of infection, tumor, fracture, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoporosis, lumbar spondylosis, acute intervertebral disc bulge with radicular syndrome.Women during menstrual bleeding and pregnancy. Patients with recent surgical history and undergone surgery in spine. Patients with renal calculi, pelvic inflammatory disease, acute gastritis, colitis.Patients under anti-spasmodics, anti-cholinergics and steroid medication.
