Inclusion Criteria

  • •Athletes who are currently playing at the Inter\-district, Inter\-state and international.
  • •\- Either female or male gender of athletes.
  • •\- Athletes who can understand the Hindi Language.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Athletes with any diagnosed physical illness.
  • •\- Athletes with mental illness.
