Inclusion Criteria
Patients of renal stone of size 1 to 3cm undergoing PCNL during the study period.
Willing to give the consent for the study
Exclusion Criteria
Active urinary tract infection.
Renal malformation.
Uncorrected coagulopathy.
Morbid obesity.
Patients needing more than 1 puncture for stone clearance.
Pregnant women.
Patients not following the study protocol.
