Inclusion Criteria
1. spastic hemiplegic cerebral palsy children
2. stage 2,3,4 according to manual ability classification
3. no cognitive impairment
Exclusion Criteria
1.Children with recent hand fracture
2. Children with known skin allergy to kinesiotaping.
