Participants with playing/training history of 5 or more years
1.Participants with self-reported history of upper extremity fractures from 1 year to 6 months at start of study.
2.Participants with self-reported scapular pain or upper back pain which precludes their participation in the study.
3.Participants with pre diagnosed or self-reported injuries like carpal tunnel syndrome, wrist sprain, elbow pain, supraspinatus tendinosis or any other history of injury in past 1 year which restricted sports or training participation for more
than 15 days
