All multiple gestation deliveries <32 completed weeks of gestation at our institute.
Non vigorous infant- if an infant has depressed respiration or depressed muscle tone or heart rate <100 bpm.
Prenatally diagnosed major congenital anomaly in any infants,
Twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome or twin anemic-polycythemic sequence, Discordant twins (a weight di?erence of >20%),
Intrauterine fetal death, Hydrops
In utero transfusion/laser/amnioreduction Known cases of triplets reduced to twins
Antepartum or intrapartum hemorrhage
Active maternal bleeding from abruption/placental disruption at time of delivery, cord tear/avulsion
