Age>18 years
Singleton pregnancy
Cephalic presentation
Term pregnancy37 wk or more.
Vaginal delivery

Exclusion Criteria

HT in pregnancy
Diabetic in pregnancy
anemia in pregnancy
placentra previa
abruption placentra

Also withdraw participants if they were present of
Apgar score if<6 (1minute)
Thick Meconium
instrument delivery forcep , vacuum extraction
Tight nuchal cord
