入选标准
- •Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status grade I and
- •II aged between 25 to 65 years, scheduled to undergo MRM will be enrolled.
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal
- •2. Pre-existing infection at block site
- •3. Coagulation Disorder
- •4. Pregnant patients
- •5. Patient posted for repeat surgery.
- •6. Patient on beta blocker or any H/O CAD
- •7. Patients with Impaired KFT, LFT
- •8. Presence of any preoperative pain or history of chronic pain
- •9. History of psychiatric illness and pre-existing neurological deficits
- •10. Patient with morbid obesity BMI >40 kg/ m2
