Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status grade I and
II aged between 25 to 65 years, scheduled to undergo MRM will be enrolled.
1. Patient refusal
2. Pre-existing infection at block site
3. Coagulation Disorder
4. Pregnant patients
5. Patient posted for repeat surgery.
6. Patient on beta blocker or any H/O CAD
7. Patients with Impaired KFT, LFT
8. Presence of any preoperative pain or history of chronic pain
9. History of psychiatric illness and pre-existing neurological deficits
10. Patient with morbid obesity BMI >40 kg/ m2
