Registered in the clinic in the two-year period before the selection month, Having a working mobile phone number, Diagnosed as suffering from opioid dependence syndrome as per ICD 10, Initiated on OAT at least one month before the assessment date, Unilaterally discontinued medicine by not receiving even a single dose of OAT medicine in the 30-days period before the intervention period, Use of illicit opioids at least once in last 30 days
Drop out due to migration, incarceration, under treatment for SUD/Medical illnesses or death, Presence of psychiatric/physical morbidity affecting telephonic interview, Not willing to take part in the interview
