Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
To see if our current practice of MOV(minimal occlusive volume) technique of cuff inflation ensures that the cuff pressures are in the safe range of less than 20cm of H2O.Timepoint: Immediately after intubation, thereafter every hourly till the end of surgery and just prior to extubation
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
1.The number of times the cuff has to be inflated or deflated during the surgery

2.To identify various factors that may cause the change in intracuff pressure of endotracheal tubes

Timepoint: During the intraoperative period
