Healthy cadets of Commando volunteer courses 17-19 Mean age year, who could participated in army ranger training
exclusion criteria: History of injures, chronic inflammation, sensitivity to aspirin, coagulation impairment, diabetes, and immune system impairment, and digestive problem, cardiovascular and respiratory problem
