Pregnant women with gestational age of 28-32 weeks; First or second pregnancy; Tendency to delivery in Imam Khomeini Hospital of Khalkhal city; Non participation in similar classes.
Exclusion criteria: High-risk pregnancies including gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, twin and multiple pregnancies; Mothers with amniotic fluid and placental disorders and fetal death; Mental illness and drug abuse; Having cesarean section indications including previous cesarean section, malpresentation, pelvic stenosis, large fetus, and ... .
