Inclusion Criteria
1.Age>18 years
2.Heart failure patient who met criteria by definition diagnosed over 3 months
3.No previous hospitalization or ER visit for heart failure within 1 month
4.Agree to participate and give consent
Exclusion Criteria
1.Documented active pulmonary disease such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, asthma, and PFT-proven COPD
2.Contraindication for PFT including recent myocardial infarction, recent thoracic or abdominal surgery, untreated pneumothorax, and hemoptysis
