Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age\>18 years
  • •2\.Heart failure patient who met criteria by definition diagnosed over 3 months
  • •3\.No previous hospitalization or ER visit for heart failure within 1 month
  • •4\.Agree to participate and give consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Documented active pulmonary disease such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, asthma, and PFT\-proven COPD
  • •2\.Contraindication for PFT including recent myocardial infarction, recent thoracic or abdominal surgery, untreated pneumothorax, and hemoptysis
