Inclusion Criteria

Consent of patients and their caregivers to participate in the study
Confirmation of the definitive diagnosis of cancer and its metastatic nature by a specialist doctor
Age range 18-60 years, for caregiver
Not having a history of caring for a cancer patient in the past

Exclusion Criteria

Unwillingness to continue cooperation
Occurrence of acute illness or any other new illness in the caregiver or the patient under the caregiver's supervision
Caregiver suffering from chronic diseases during the study
Non-cooperation of health personnel center
Participation in similar training classes
Using supportive methods other than routine treatments performed in the hospital
