- •Age 18 yr or more
- •ASA I or II
- •Weight 50 kg or more
- •Scheduled for elective ACL reconstruction with bone-patellar tendon-bone autograft
排除标准
- •Patients with previous ACL reconstruction
- •Preexisting neurologic deficit
- •Allergy to local anesthetics
- •Contraindication to regional anesthesia
- •Communication problems
