Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age 18 yr or more
  • •ASA I or II
  • •Weight 50 kg or more
  • •Scheduled for elective ACL reconstruction with bone\-patellar tendon\-bone autograft

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with previous ACL reconstruction
  • •Preexisting neurologic deficit
  • •Allergy to local anesthetics
  • •Contraindication to regional anesthesia
  • •Communication problems
