Inclusion Criteria
Age 18 yr or more
ASA I or II
Weight 50 kg or more
Scheduled for elective ACL reconstruction with bone-patellar tendon-bone autograft
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with previous ACL reconstruction
Preexisting neurologic deficit
Allergy to local anesthetics
Contraindication to regional anesthesia
Communication problems
